Modular Network Models of Plant Immune Reponse

Firstly, we constructed a regulatory network by integrating protein-protein interaction, gene coexpression and epigenetic modification data. Then we combined network-guided forest algorithm and gene set enrichment analysis to identify immune response modules and their interactions at two scenarios (i.e. PTI and ETI respectively). We hope these two models could be a good startpoint for understanding how the plant cell to coordinate different biological processes to reprioritize immune defense.

Overview

We provide a dynamic visualization interface to users. You can interact with our modular network models with mouse and select a gene (node) or module (group) through toolbox at the left side of our page. More information about these two models can be found in our paper (see About).

Basic Operations

• Use your mouse to move and scale the network
• Zoom: Mouse wheel
• Pan: Right mouse drag
• Hover your mouse on a node to check its label and neighbors
• Click a node to get more information about it

Search & Selection

• You can search a node in the network with a AGI number (or part of it)
• Each randomly assigned color represents one module. With the toolbox at left side of the page, you can carefully check a module's members and interactions among them through selecting a module alone.
