Firstly, we constructed a regulatory network by integrating protein-protein interaction, gene coexpression
and epigenetic modification data. Then we combined network-guided forest algorithm and
gene set enrichment analysis to identify immune response modules and their interactions at two
scenarios (i.e. PTI and ETI respectively). We hope these two models could be a good startpoint for
understanding how the plant cell to coordinate different biological processes to reprioritize
immune defense.
