CKSAAP_UbSite Prediction
Input:
The protein sequence input to our server should be in RAW or FASTA format. Only the 20 conventional amino acid symbols are supported. The sequence should contain 25 or more residues and should contain at least one lysine (K). The email address is required since the result will be sent to it.
Due to the limited computational resources, we allow prediction of only one sequence at one submission.
Output:
The prediction output consists of three items:
- position
- score
- ubiquitination site annotations (YES for ubiquitination sites, NO for non-ubiquitination sites).
Additionally, graph output is also given in the result page to show all the positions of lysines of a query protein and the corresponding prediction scores.
Predictor Evaluation:
Four measurements, i.e. Ac, Sn, Sp and MCC, were used to evaluate the prediction performance.
TP, FP, FN and TN denote true positives, false positives, false negatives and true negatives.
